Flavours

Mild Curry

These samosas are marked by India’s signature curry flavour. Authentic garam masala provides for a more traditional taste. With lingering spiciness, it has a unique and enticing flavour.
Ingredients
Filling: Potatoes, peas, onions, cilantro, salt, red chilies, mango powder, oil, mustard seeds, cumin seeds, turmeric and Indian spices (NO PEANUTS)
Dough: flour, water, oil, sugar, salt, yeast

Mixed Vegetable

This hearty samosa is packed with nutritious vegetables such as cabbage, peas, carrots, corn and potatoes. Red chilies and traditional East Indian spices bring out the unique flavour of each vegetable.
Ingredients
Filling: cabbage, peas, corn, potato, carrot, onion, red chilies, salt, traditional East Indian spices
Dough: flour, water, oil, sugar, salt, yeast

Spinach & Pea

Although it’s not an original Indian variety, the Spinach & Pea Samosa is tasty and nutritious. Besides spinach and peas, this variety has similar ingredients to our other samosas, but a touch of fennel and a dash of lemon juice enhance the fresh taste of the spinach. It is sure to be a favourite.
Ingredients
Filling: spinach, peas, potato, onion, fennel seeds, garam masala, chili flakes, lemon juice, salt, traditional East Indian spices, oil
Dough: flour, water, oil, sugar, salt, yeast



Preparation and Storage

Oven bake: Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees F. Spread frozen samosas on a lightly greased pan. Brush or spray samosas very lightly with vegetable oil. Bake for 15-20 minutes, turning halfway through cooking time.
Deep Frying: Preheat fryer to 200 °C (400 °F) lightly fry frozen samosas for 7 - 10 minutes or until lightly golden crisp. Place cooked samoas on paper towel to absorb oil from frying.

Samosas must be kept frozen at all times. Use freezer bags or other sealable containers to preserve freshness. Thawed product must be cooked immediately. Do not refreeze.
